Since opening our doors on April 25, 1983, Fred’s Bar-B-Q House has been serving up delicious barbecue in Lithia Springs, GA. The restaurant was founded by Fred Harris and his son Todd Harris, who shared a dream of creating a family-friendly bar-b-q spot for the community to enjoy. From the very beginning, Fred’s Bar-B-Q House has been dedicated to giving back. We’ve been organizing and participating in community events and fundraisers since the 1990s. Our biggest event is the annual Toys for Tots drive, but we also support Pops Tennis, local police events, church activities, local sports teams, and food drives.
