Fred’s Bar-B-Q House was built on the heart, kindness, and dedication of our founder, Mr. Fred. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend whose impact reached far beyond our restaurant. Mr. Fred proudly supported his community through causes such as Toys for Tots, the Shriners, food shelters, churches, and many others. Known for his uplifting spirit, warm smile, and genuine love for people, he could often be found at the counter in his overalls, reminding everyone how blessed he was each day. His values, generosity, and passion continue to guide everything we do, and his legacy lives on in every meal we serve.
